Right. He will win with a different coach and a consistent OC.

Ok. We'll see. The team looks terrible without Cassel. He's not been around for weeks.

Cassel was on the sideline on Sunday. Was surprised to see him since he had not made the trip to New England.

They looked terrible with Cassel as well. Are you purposely trying to go against the grain or do you truly believe what you are saying?

I HONESTLY believe that Cassel will NOT SUCK with ONE offensive coach and a coach that he can work with. He may not be the next Tom Brady, as some believed he was supposedly promised to be, but he will be a serviceable QB who can win some games. Somehow Cassel gets blamed for sucking when his stupid coach could not keep an OC on staff. I think that dysfunction and turnover absolutely played a part in Cassel's lack of progress.

I also think they should draft someone so I don't agree with Pioli's all eggs in Cassel's basket if that is what he intends to do.

And that's what you want?

I'm not waiting until you come out of your house now. I'm coming to kill you.

I was hoping for Cassel to succeed. That was until this year. I'm satisfied he has reached his top potential. I'd keep him as a reliable game-managing back up if he agreed to a pay cut. But you have another opinion about him and that's alright.

Did you not read the part about Weis refusing to work with him because he thought he was complete garbage?

No he won't. And i hope he's not that stupid. The only thing worse for Pioli to do than hiring Weis is to hire McDaniels.

Bittersweet for me. If he does, it won't be Joshy boy. But it will not be with the idea of a future Lombardi trophy. It'll be designed to sell tickets.

Maybe it's a feather in Haley's cap that he won the games he won.

This I agree with wholeheartedly. I think Cassel has reached his highest potential, and that is a game manager (on a good day) who would serve a team well enough as the back up QB.
