Just playing around here but some combination of the following makes the most sense.
HC: Zimmer, Mangini, Crennel OC: McDaniels, don't know many other OC from the tree, McDaniels has made Cassel successful. If Pioli's future is tied to Cassel this would be the move for Pioli to make to attempt to save his career. DC: Crennel, Mangini don't think Zimmer would make lateral move
