The list of ex-coaches are all in their 50s except Gruden who is 48. Billeck is almost 60.

Fair enough and some valid points.

Although I am not opposed to a coach who has won a Super Bowl, something tells me Pioli's ego won't allow him to bring in a coach that has won because they will want too much control. So we are likely beating a dead horse by arguing about this.
