You can ramble on all you want, we all know that you want to see Cassel and McDaniels here together next year.
He absolutely said that McDaniels would be a bad hire. You didn't say that in your first post. You misquoted him. Sorry, I know the facts are pretty irrelevant around here.

I would rather see Cassel and McDaniels than Haley and Cassel, or Haley and Palko.

Really? Because based on McDaniels' history, he would focus the offense on Cassel and not Charles. Just because his offense is more electric, doesn't mean it's the right philosophy to win games.

Haley's offense was maddening under Cassel. But I'd MUCH rather be a run first offense when I have Cassel/Charles than I would a pass first offense when I have Cassel/Charles.

Do you follow the NFL in the year 2011?

You pass to win in today's league.

Green Bay... pass first.

New England... pass first.

Pittsburgh.. pass first.

New Orleans... pass first.

Why do you want the Chiefs to be a "run first" team when this is a passing league?

Sure, but do any those teams start Matt Cassel at QB? Haley was certainly pass first in Zona, but our offense was what it was for one reason - Matt Cassel.

I didn't "quote" him at all.

Exactly. Because you think Cassel can be a good QB with the right supporting cast.
