There's a handful of teams that need a QB and there are a handful of teams that don't necessarily need a QB but probably wouldn't hesitate to pick one if one just happened to land in their lap or an opportunity presented itself where they could easily trade up to get one.

Watch out for teams with older yet still decent QBs. They can draft one of the top QBs and have him sit for a couple of years learning from the veteran. When that vet retires or is released then the young one steps in without the normal growing pains associated with rookie QBs.
