We just approved ours.
The damn things are expensive. This is the first year where I've been part of deciding what it will be and had full knowledge of our expenses, etc... and as it turns out we're going to drop 1/3 of a payroll period on these bonuses. And that's with none of our part-time staff getting one (just the full-time staff). I was the asshole in the room trying to dial them back a bit. For a small business, dropping $15K just for grins is a hell of a hit, especially when we also spend another 10K on the annual Christmas party. Oh well. It was over my objection, but I still get one. So by God, I'm getting my damn Beretta.
