That was my point in the last sentence. I think the only teams that might want to move up are the late round teams and they will not give a boatload for that pick.

It depends on where they are moving up from.

Nah. We won't get a steal for that pick by any means at all. Woudlnt' surprise me if we can't find a trade partner and just go BPA with the pick and then try to trade back into the first round if a QB falls far enough.

I don't want Reid to trade back and him go BPA. I want him to get his QB. If he trades back and a QB is drafted before our pick and we find out that he missed out on the QB he wanted I'm going to be pissed.

As will I. I want the QB too. I just have a bad feeling.

He'd never tell us if he didn't get his guy directly. The poker tell quote is, "There were two or three guys there we were looking at.". If he likes a guy he thinks he can get at four or five, a classic Reid move would be to trade down (say to seven and add a late 1st rounder and a 3rd) then trade back up to four for the seven, a fourth and a sixth. He loves to add picks - I recall several extras in the 2nd over the years.

Rams are the only team with two first round picks this year. One at 16, the other TBD when Washington is done playing. Can't see your scenario playing out.
