I used to weigh everyday, but I actually found it to be more frustrating. I weigh once per week.

I also always found it to be counter-productive. There's something more psychologically satisfying (for me) about losing a pound or two in a week than there is watching myself fluctuate up and down on a daily basis for seven days. It's easier to reach a weekly goal than a daily one, too. It just seemed to create more stress.
