49ers have completed a trade with the Chiefs for Alex Smith, tho can't be official til March 12. Chiefs really made a commitment to Smith

All this talk about 2 2nd rounders is hilarious. If you guys knew that you would have to give up a second second rounder to get alex smith, that means that you probably made the playoffs. Wouldnt that be WORTH two second rounders?

Well, first of all hes much much much bigger. I guess we will find out. I think Cam has a better arm personally. i dont know. I guess we will find out. I just find it funny that the number one overall concensous qb, is being compared to a suspect top 10 qb in a draft that lacks major talent. Unlike the draft cam went in when there was patrick peterson, von miller, aldon smith, jj watt, aj green, people to assume that if geno was in that draft, or if cam was in this one, that geno would be regarded higher is a little funny to me....

Questionable passer.
HUGE character concerns.

Geno has none of that.

Cam showed up more in big games. They both seem to sulk when things aren't going well. But I didn't think Cam should've been the first pick, and I don't think he'll win anything meaningful.
