I was slowly moving towards preferring to cut him as I don't think he's going to take a paycut and instead has probably signed an extension that spreads his absurdly high salary over 3-4 seasons (a back-door paycut). Even at that, I don't think he'll be worth what he's going to get paid. But, he's a known quantity. So I guess there's that. I'll wait until I see the numbers.
