Play back the tape of the Colts game. He gave up something like 6 or 7 third and longs then dropped a sure interception. If he played even an average game, Miami wins that game. He is not even a gambler who will also make plays for you. He simply doesn't make plays to win games for you. He has a measly 4-5 INTs in his whole career. Plus, he is a soft tackler.

When the incumbent team has huge money available under the cap, has a huge need at corner, and still won't sign him, that tells you all you need to know whether he is worth the money.
