You can't build an entire team with Free Agency. You can, however, put a team over the top with it.

True ... you consistently build good teams via the draft and you fill holes in FA. Few teams successfully do well at the draft which is why FA is so crazy every year.

Exactly...And that's the difference between Denver and Kansas City.

Denver: Get players that are going to put us over the top.

Kansas City: Fill needs so that they can draft the best players available in the draft.
