I believe I got it right and to go along with that Cleveland used it's 2nd round pick in the supplemental draft and NO had to forfiet thier 2nd round pick so starting in the 3rd round we really pick two spots earlier. So it's more like #61, #95 and #98.

That's wrong they already made the adjsutment on the list so nevermind.
