For some, yes. The girls I date tend to not be constantly text messaging or on social networks or glued to their phones. For me, it's been more difficult to meet quality girls and then once we're going out it's been very difficult seeing each other often. It gets to the point where we have to schedule time in advance due to both of our schedules being full with work or travel. By the time it gets close to evening out the schedule where we can plan our schedules around each other to accommodate is when it falls apart.

I think the thing some of the young 20-somethings like DaKCman are experiencing is the increased difficulty you have finding dates once you leave the target rich environments of college/school. That's always been the case.

I don't know if dating is harder now or not, but I really don't see why it would be.
