Alex Smith: Chief's aren't running a "Cookie-cutter" offense

Q? FO!

From NFLNetwork byline:

QB Alex Smith tells NFL Total Access that Chiefs aren't running "cookie-cutter" offense and it isn't the same as what coach Andy Reid ran with Eagles and Packers. Catch the entire interview tonight at 7PM ET on NFL Total Access.

You guys can keep trying to find reasons to hate Alex but the fact remains he has not even thrown a pass for us-lol

Is this going to go on all season? Example-Yes Bowe caught it but it did not hit him in the chest for Perfect Football Placement (PFP)- so Alex sucks. Here are stats showing all the footballs thrown in (PFP) by other Quarterbacks which further proves that he sucks. It is irrelevant that Alex threw for 300 yards, 4 TDs and no Int's because his PFP was off on 20% of his passes so this proves he sucks and always will.

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

And yet Vikings fans would trade all that history for our SB.

God you're dumb. I'm guessing you were one of the Bronco fans in the early 90's who said that the Broncos were so great because they went to 4 SB's, but yet didn't have a Lombardi.

Saints playoff game he scored 4, but the running TD that was huge for the game probably won't count in your mind because he didn't throw it.

at homers bringing up rushing TDs.

We're talking about passing TDs, folks.

He's a QB.

Never thrown 4 TD in a game.

Even Cassel did that...more than once, too!

Starting to get the picture?

That Jets defense was #4 in the NFL in YPC allowed. Last year we were 25th.

You're asking for a quantum leap which just isn't happening.
The jets were 18th in points defense and 16th in yards defense the year before they became the #1 defense. The personnel was almost identical. The 2008 scheme mangini ran is very similar to what we ran last year. Top 10 isn't a quantum leap. This defense when motivated is solid enough. Not spectacular, but solid enough. A good scheme could absolutely catapul tthem to the top 10.

So they weren't near the bottom of the league, like us?

Got it.

I said the Vikings win more games and all you have to do is go back to last year to see this. You prop up your single SB victory that happened back in 1969. You weren't even alive back then.

You don't need to throw 4 TD's to win games Clay.

That's funny because Alex Smith scored 4 TD's in a playoff game to beat a QB that throws 4 TD's in a game all the time.

Funny how that works.
