Oh, Alex will be ready. The only question is, will the receivers know their roles in every play, audible, and hot route? Will the OL know who to block in various situations?

Alex will know and do his job. It's really up to everyone else, in determining how far KC gets. He is a QB that will need help... not perfection from others... but help. He may not be that dynamic QB that can make shit happen when everything around falls apart. So if the team around him doesn't fall apart and plays their role? KC will do lots of good.
