He took over a SB caliber team that's already coach up and was 13-3 with Alex Smith in 2011, he's like that lucky dog Arron Rodgers taking over a great team when Favre was traded to the Jets in 2008 (FYI Packers were also 13-3 the previous season in 2007 with Favre and also lost in the NFC championship to the NY Giants by 3 pts exactly like the 9ers did in 2011's NFC Championship and who eventually won the SB vs the Pats, which was the same result in 2011 after they beat the 9ers.)

For given such a great opportunity, Kap has already failed 1 opportunity to win a SB, that means he has to win at least 2 SB before it's all say and done before anyone will count him as worthy of that opportunity and cause the 49ers STILL have a FAILED WR CROP, it won't happen any time soon.

For Harb and Baalke to fail at improving the 49er WR Crop since there is only 2 players left on the 53 man roster from the 2012 draft and only one of those player is really going to contribute but not by much, they have fail miserably at one of the biggest problem with the team.
