Personally, I'm not banning anyone for shit like this. That needs to be a collective decision by our entire team. So I suggest reporting posts you find to be over the top.

And for the record, I didn't report his post in the past and I didn't report it last night. It's pretty clear to me that it's no holds barred and nothing is off limits (save threatening physical violence).

I've dealt with this nonsense for more than two years mostly staying quiet.
