The MVS no call is the worst no call I've ever seen

How in the **** do you not call that? I've never ever seen such an obvious penalty by a DB in my life, and I've watched some shitty as corners in my Chiefs fandom.

The Packers outplayed the Chiefs and the Chiefs didn't deserve to let the coaching staff off the hook by stealing the win there. This is not the same Chiefs team that it's been since 2018. This feels like an Alex Smith-led team where there is zero room for error and a bad penalty or mistake can cost the game.

That being said, the penalties and non-calls in this game were about as bad as I've seen them throughout the game.

From the horrible holding call that cost the Chiefs a TD, the fantom OPI on Kelce, the early to the blatant facemask/hands to the face on Jordan Love's duck on 4th down to the MVS out of bounds that stopped the clock, the MVS piggyback ride non call. My god, this was embarrassing for the NFL on National TV.

Until "replay" has the ability to overrule calls that are obvious, AND, the officials are penalized for make horrible calls/non calls, this will continue. Home teams usually have a advantage in ????? calls. Another thing is this.....the NFL is all about $$$$$$. Do you really think the home office wants another Chiefs team in the SB ? Nah. They would rather have the 49'ers (West audience) or Eagles (East audience) against maybe Fins (East) or Ravens (East). That's huge population of viewers rather than dirtworshiper Midwestern hicks. That's the reality of the NFL home office wishes.

Why are there always so many people lecturing us about how the ref's call is "just part of the game," "didn't make Patrick throw the int," "gotta play better than the refs." Are they the same people that jump all over our own players that get called for iffy penalties? Is there some kind of perverse pleasure they take in siding against their own team?

Until teams can challenge more bad calls on the field with replay, it's kinda pointless to let bad ref calls ruin your week. There are bad calls every game and there is nothing we can do about it as fans other than to tell ourselves it's "just part of the game."

If you want to scream at people online all week and be mad, you can still do that.

In the end, the Chiefs have to play better if they want to win the Super Bowl.

Mahomes said after the game that he was Ok with the no call as he prefers for the refs to let the guys play at the end of the game. I agree with him.

Did anyone listen to what Josh Klingler said about MVS this morning?

If you didn’t already hate the guy, I’d suggest checking it out.

Long story short, MVS was tired going into the last play of the game and took himself out. He then slowly walked off the field and several other players had to yell at him to get him to move off the field quicker. It sounds like it caused a lot of confusion in the huddle and made the last play even more of a disaster.

That’s my quick summary of it.

You haven’t listened to Reid and/or Mahomes very long if you think you can take anything away from what they say publicly.
