This horrific video allegedly shows a family law judge viciously beating his disabled 16-year-old daughter, who suffers from cerebral palsy, after catching her playing computer games.
The man, believed to be Court-at-Law judge William Adams from Aransas County, Texas, is seen repeatedly striking the girl using a leather belt as she whimpers in agony.
After delivering around 10 powerful strikes across her legs and backside, his wife then grabs the belt from him to take over, at which point he walks out only to return moments later with another belt so he can continue the beating.

Sickening: A man said to be a Texas family law judge brutally whips his disabled daughter in a video clip that has caused shock and outrage after being uploaded onto the internet

Attack: The girl, who suffers from cerebral palsy, yelps in pain as her father beats her repeatedly with the leather belt for playing on her computer

Threats: The man jabs his finger at the girl while screaming foul abuse as she cowers in fear

Violent: The mother joined in the attack on the 16-year-old who is believed to suffer from cerebral palsy

As the girl begs him to stop he can be heard snarling: 'Bend over the F***ing bed
'Lay down or I'll spank you in the F***ing face.'
The shocking footage appears to have been filmed on a webcam and is said to date from 2004 but only became public in recent weeks.
It was uploaded onto the Reddit website late last month by a person claiming to be the victim - the judge's daughter Hillary.
The girl is said to have suffered from ataxic cerebral palsy from birth and has a passion for technology. She is believed to have illegally downloaded the video game as well as music.
She writes that she'd decided to post the footage - which she'd been 'holding onto until the right time' - after receiving 'a barrage of harassment' in a phone call from her father.

Ganging up: The father and mother stand over the girl both brandishing belts. She is believed to have split from him after suffering years of emotional abuse

Tough: The man's face is revealed in a still from the video. He is said to be a judge William Adams from Aransas County, Texas

The title reads: 'Family law judge beats own daughter for using the internet, please spread'.
The video has incited fury on twitter with dozens posting their disgust.

In total the girl receives 20 hard lashes from her father and one from her mother.
She screams: You turn over like a 16-year-old and take it like a grown woman.'
As she lies crying on her bed he shouts: 'Do you want to put some more computer games on?
'Are you happy disobeying your parents?
'If I hear so much as you raising your f***ing voice to me or your mother with the wrong tone or do one little thing or you look at me f***ing wrong, I'm going to wear your f***ing a** out with this belt.'


Unknown identity: It is claimed the man in the video is Aransas County court judge William Adams
Although it has not been confirmed that the man shown is Judge Adams, several people have posted comments below the video claiming it is definitely him.
One post from a J. Andre Bardin, who claims to be one of Hillary's friends, reads: 'I know in the article you say you cannot confirm the man in the video is him, but I can. It's him.
'That's his voice, that's his mannerisms, and that is his house.'
The woman, thought to be judge Adam's wife, who is seen in the video delivering a single blow to her daughter, is said to have left the marriage after suffering emotional abuse.
She has apparently apologised for taking part in the beating and allowing it to happen.

Today's report is she released the video because Daddy bear cut off some of her financial stipend because she dropped out of college.


This wasn't about the girl's emotional trama, it is essentially blackmail and punishment for cutting her allowance off. It's a money grab. That's gotta be worth at least 2 or 3 good whacks.



I'd have traded having to clean out the fat-hog shed for a beating any day.

I have been beat like this girl. NOT at 16 though. At a much younger age, my siblings and I would compare welts. 9-14ish, I got hit with what ever, including an occasional fist. And on several occasions, for something that I didn't do. I learned to aply those beatings to something that I did wrong and got away with. I also used the beatings to man up. I got to a point where I told my self, "This kid that is bullying you CAN'T hit as hard as your Dad"

In my 20's I decided that my father didn't know any better because he had poor role models. I love my dad dearly. He just didn't know better.

Now I will say that when my son was deliberately bad, I used to act like I was as mad as my dad was. CRAZY mad. And yes, I used a belt on him. 3 to 5 whacks. Not 25. If some of you had seen this, you MAY have attempted to beat me!

He is now 16 and I don't lay a hand or belt on him. Not for fear(he is 145lbs, I am 285) but because it wouldn't do any good. The time for physical punishment is long gone. Same for my 13 year old daughter. I think spanking them would be a little wierd, no matter how subdued I did it.

Doesn't matter why she did it. Fact is she's probably saving other kids from abuse because that SOB likely set many abusive parents free or did not ensure proper justice. His abusive secret come to light and he lose his job.

Uh - he's trying to claw his way out from under a huge bus... There's not a single one of us that is perfect. Everybody here has done something they're glad isn't plastered all over the internet.

I'm not a fan of the guy. I'm not excusing his actions. But if we're going to castigate him then we need to throw the book at his daughter as well. She's disabled but somehow managed to video, plot, blackmail, and release a viral vid to the internet... She's not dummy-disabled. She should do just as much time as daddy does.

She was a child when this happened. She can't be prosecuted for filming illegal activity or framing someone. The statute of limitations is up for the criminal activity this bastard perpetuated. At least for this incidence. I'm sure this type of beating would indicate it wasn't a one time event.

So he sees no jail time. The greater good his daughter provided was of making sure this asshole doesn't judge anymore child abuse cases. It's like an alcoholic judge deciding DUI cases. Seriously, if no one knows there is a problem then it's impossible to fix it. But once the problem becomes known it becomes irresponsible not to fix it. The daughter in doing a disservice to her father did a HUGE service to other kids in the same situation. Boo freaking hoo for her father.

As far as none of us being perfect, I can guarantee you that the majority of people have nothing this extreme in their parenting past that they would be afraid would show up on the internet. Maybe a verbal beat down but even then I think the majority of us would not have that either.

That is why I said I THINK (indicating opinion) if you are using a belt to beat your child you are a child abuser

A belt is a weapon. If you are hitting your kid more than once means you are beating them. Hence you are beating your child. Just my view after many years of therapy and being raised by parents who did this.
