No one can tell from that clip whether she's behaving herself appropriately or not. People are basing their comments on their assumptions about what's going on and you're no different than the thread starter in that respect.
I've sat with player's family's quite a bit. Very few of them are "classless" (and that includes Larry Johnson's daddy). Most of them are long time football viewers and are somewhat stoic about their relative's performance. Also, very few of them are heavily invested in the team to the same level as the fans. They're invested in their relative, not the team and the team's rivalries. As such, they're unlikely to really engage in a bunch of team bashing and harassing the opposition.

I seriously doubt that his wife was yelling, "How you like that Chief fans. My man is lighting your asses up here in CamaroHead Stadium."

Someone else may totally contradict me and tell me I'm wrong, but those have been my experiences.

If it makes you feel better, they probably hit the Mall of America on the way home to shuck corn. I thought the guy played a pretty good game considering and they have good reason to be happy. Hell, the kids probably just upgraded their Christmas morning 5x.

I have no doubt that that's true. I didn't say that family members were typically (or even commonly) classless, I just said that classless family members deserve the same treatment that any classless fan deserves.

I think it's human nature to be somewhat star-struck by encounters with celebrities (and people somehow connected to them). I also think it's human nature to treat pretty women better than ugly ones (at least when you're dealing with them in person) so she had a couple of things working in her favor. None of that means that player families (or pretty women) actually deserve the special treatment they might get.
