Dee Milliner

*IF* it isn't to be Geno...would you be okay with D. Milliner #1 overall?

Evan Silva ‏@evansilva
#Alabama CB Dee Milliner's two 40 times: 4.37, 4.31. Sick speed for a built-up, 6-foot, 201-pound corner.

Sam Mellinger ‏@mellinger
I would've been w/o the 40. MT @nate_bukaty Am I overreacting to this 40 time to be more excited for Chiefs to take Milliner than Joekel?

not saying I want them in a Chiefs uniform. But there are too many DEs, DTs, OTs, OGs not to HIT on one. So the odds are there one of them will be great.

I'd reach a little and say Tavon Austin production/stats wise will have better numbers than anyone that isnt a QB out of the draft.
Yup. Allen from Cal looks like he'll be productive immediately as well.

The #1 pick on a 5'8" 174lb slot receiver?

As opposed to a tackle that isn't the best in this class?

Or a defensive tackle that, even without a heart condition, isn't great at rushing the passer?

ASOLUTELY.

runs a 4.3
put the QB everyone slobbers all over on the map and is part of that same success
can take the ball out of the backfield and in the slot, can return kicks
potential mismatch nightmare

think Percy Harvin, Wes Welker and has the mental makeup of being a real pro and not some crazy baggage weirdo lockeroom cancer

i dont want him #1 but to say he wont be a good player is laughable

hes everything people dream and wished of McCluster being

Never said he won't be a good player, but he is nowhere close to a #1 pick.

Sorry, I don't have time (or really the patience) to read 732 posts by you. You're only one of two people I've considered putting on ignore. You used to be tolerable, but now you just post as a constant cry for attention. Most of it is useless crap. So forgive me if I don't listen to your nonsensical rants about an NFL network marketing ploy called Leon Sandcastle. Not to mention you hold bias against an entire position because of a marketing campaign. That just goes to show what a ****ing moron you are.

This. Although there isn't a consensus top 10, it's widely agreed that this draft has a lot of starters in rounds 1-3, and possibly 4.

Jonathan Banks would be a great press corner. I actually want him and Eric Reid for the Jags.

Dee Milliner isn't even close to the prospect that Patrick Patterson was, and Patterson didn't sniff #1 overall. He wasn't as good of a prospect as Joe Haden, either.

"So, we're going to reach for need, but not for the position of greatest need."

I saw us go 4-12 and 7-9 with two good CBs. I'd rather see what we can do with a potentially good QB.

Yup. I like Milliner but I'm not entirely sure what the fascination with him is.
