Official Laker-Hater Championship thread. Whining encouraged!!

Leave it to the JailBlazers to tank their game against the lowly Clippers to avoid meeting the San Antonio Spurs in their bracket.

Leave it to the 3-Time Champs to exude class by whomping up on the lowly Warriors to secure the #5 seed and eventually match-up with the Spurs in the next round.

That "whoosh" you hear is from the Cowtown Euros as they get a cakewalk to the Western Finals by playing the Utah Greybeards and then the defenseless Cuban Cigars.

The Staples Crew will EASILY dispatch those toothless T-Cubs before a BIG match-up against the Boot Accessorizors. This will be a huge test for the Champs but they will eventually prevail before the long awaited match-up with the Farmers.

Once past the Spurs, the Lakers will throttle the Kings and send that franchise reeling. Rumor has it that Brittney Spears is already scoping out Mark Madsen for a date to the NBA Finals.

Unlike the Detroit Red Wings complete choke job in this years NHL Finals, the Big Aristolte has his crew all primed for a Quatro.

Long live the Lakers dynasty and their loyal fans.

Im pretty sure the Lakers win game 2...I heard Phildo whining about the refs, so that should clear up any issues.

Outstanding!! No whining though. Lake show has never had a deep bench in order to stay under the cap. That's a personnel decision and you live and die with it. GO LAKERS!!

Don't make stuff up. The officiating was horrible as it's always been. That 3rd foul called on Duncan was a joke just as the no call was when Kobe drove the lane and had 3 guys get all arm and no ball. What are going to do, you got to rise above all that.

Let's take Derek Fisher, who is aptly named, for he flops around like a fish, desperately trying to draw the charge. Too bad for him PG after PG have made him their bitch (Bibby last year, Hudson already this year) in the playoffs, as he has been exposed as a one-dimensional player who can only score when left wide open.

Robert Horry is another. His whole career is filled with mainly clutch huge shots, I won't deny that. But sprinkled in his greatness in the big spot is his brilliant flopping. Latest case, Game 3 in the Wolves series, drawing the charge on Garnett by taking a 10 foot flop. He's done it to Webber too, but until now, I've never said boo about it. If he wasn't such a beast in the clutch, he'd have called it a career years ago, cause the man can't defend.

Yep, Vlade does flop and Shaq GETS AWAY WITH MURDER on offense and defense. IF Vlade doesn't foul out of game 7 (Many QUESTIONABLE CALLS against him) last year, the Kings win.

This year, the Lakers will NOT get passed the Spurs. I LOVED watching Shaq pick up his LEGITIMATE 6th foul last night when he SHOVED D.Rob out of bounds with a timely fore arm to the back as D.Rob had Shaq boxed out perfectly. CLASSIC cross-eyed look on Shaqs face as he took a seat!

At least he didn't turn the game into Romperoom and leave a trail of tears all the way to the bench like Queerbait Vladeflop would have. Shaq gets by with stuff and he also is the recipient of many flagerant fouls and regular fouls that never get called because he is big and supposed to take it.

Maybe so, but this year the Lakers won't have to worry about the Kings or Vlade flopping because they'tr not gonna get past the SPURS!

I still LAUGH when some basketball pundits proclaim Shaq as the best center of all time. Chamberlin, Jabbar, Olajuwon, Russell all had more game.
