Every time I click on a new page on CP, the bottom sliver of my screen that tells me everything's uploading is giving me this kinda business:



This is definitely a virus, right?

Which part of the OP should I look to?

Are you running an ad-blocker of some kind? Looks like it's some kind of ad trying to load that can't find the host.

Avast just blocked some malware while I was in the KU basketball thread. Said something about kelligory. WTF is that? This is the second time it has blocked something while on CP as of late. Can someone explain why this is happening?

I am trying to the wife's pc back up and running after a nasty virus, she is running XP. Just finally got rid of the nasty bug. But know I am getting a C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe Application not found. Also can't run Microsoft Security Essentials or Security Center. Combo Fix is what finally worked to get rid of it.

Correct. Download Avast free. If you want to pay for realtime protection, buy Malwarebytes Pro. It's a much better purchase than paying for a virus scanner when you can get a free one thats just as effective.

I see way too much getting through systems with MSE installed.

I say just spend $20 and let malwarebytes actively protect your computer.

Ok, I got a bad one. I did the rogue removal kit in order but I can only access the internet through safe mode with networking. In normal mode none of my programs show up, it's like the computer has been wiped clean but I know everything is still there. Here is a hijack log:
