I am aware of the international monitoring of all large-scale financial movements after the September 11th 2001 terrorist attack on America and to avoid any state of financial investigation I will provide a classified clearance paper/Document from the relevant body, which will exonerate the transfer of this money into your account from drug, money laundered or terrorist related proceeds.

actually 20/20 did a story on this. they have some real smart gimmicks they send a email to whoever as a US marine and claim they found 10 mill in saddam's palace and want to keep it. it will only cost u 5 grand. they even had pictures of soldiers and stacks of cash in the email.
