It's clear to say that Herm has lost his players and this team.

I'm starting to believe that players are losing faith in what he's trying to do.

When you go on losing streaks like this......you really have to start thinking about the Chiefs FO and whether they think Herm is the right guy for the job.

There's no excuse for losing 12 straight games.
