Thank god!!!!!!!!!

No more....

You know. I know I'm going to get flak for bringing it up. Here tonight in Green Bay. When Aaron Brooks has thrown for 434 yards and 3 td passes. But I have to wonder in the back of everyones mind. Are people thinking of someone. You know who I mean. A qb. A great qb who played here in Green Bay for so many years. And if Rodgers is shredding this defense this way, just how many yards would Brett Favre have thrown. I'm just saying.

Good. TK is good on PTI (or was. I haven't been able to catch it in awhile) but total shit on MNF.

I'm not a huge Gruden fan, in fact, I kinda hate him. But he should at least recognize that there is a football game on and he should talk about it.

I think it's a great move,I've always liked Chucky except when he was wearing the silver and black.

Mike Golic thought he was supposed to get that job when Kornheiser was hired. Now he must know it's just that people don't like him and he brings nothing to the table other than saying, "COME ON! WHAT IS THAT?"

maybe they are starting to listen to actual football fans boycott the shit they are selling, because they were hellbent trying to get the casual fan interested with these jokers, let's focus on the game this year.

yep. Gruden was awesome during the draft and he was probably the best part of their coverage. I like his dry sense of humor.

Doubtful. They're talking about multiple regular season games and even playoff/SUPERBOWL games overseas.

What is up with football announcers and being scared of flying?

Quote:
The move is being sold as a consequence of Kornheiser’s fear of flying; some will wonder whether there was something more to the move.

“I am totally grateful for the MNF opportunity that I truly enjoyed the last three seasons,” Kornheiser said in a release issued by ESPN. “I feel we got better each year. My fear of planes is legendary and sadly true. When I looked at the upcoming schedule it was the perfect storm that would’ve frequently moved me from the bus to the air. I kept looking at the schedule the past month and wanted to find a way to quietly extricate myself.

”If I could handpick a replacement of a football guy, I would cast a net and drag in Jon Gruden. He is the two things you most want — smart and funny — and has the two things I don’t — good hair and a tan. I love PTI and am looking forward to continuing to yammer and yodel with [Michael] Wilbon until the end of time.”

My thoughts exactly. MNF might have their best crew this year since Dandy Don and the Howard.

Gruden will make a great analyst. Knows offense, is witty, and is a straight shooter. He's young enough that he will probably take at least one more stint as a head coach, but if he wanted to develop his craft, he could become the #1 analyst in the league.
