I don't follow that closely, but is this the bout where Rogan tried to interview the losing party while he was sobbing over his failure?

EDIT: Yeah, that's the one. DOUBLE rough

I actually think that this will let DC live with himself again. He can now rationalize his loss to an extent.

It seems like there are very few people who follow it closely, but there are plenty of people who might tune in once in a while to see a bunch of fighters they know nothing about pummel each other. They don't want to see wrestling or people dancing around, they are bored by technical fighting. They just want to see a street brawl. In that sense, one fight is as good as another.

Personally I think boxing is far more interesting even though I wanted to like UFC and followed it somewhat during the mid 2000s like a lot of people did.

Its like boxing in that there are a few die-hard fans and a TON of casual fans who tune in a couple times a year for huge events.

If there are no mitigating circumstances ("tainted supplements") and if the B sample also comes back positive, then the maximum penalty under the UFC's USADA program is a 4 year suspension, since this would be #2 for Jon Jones.

That wouldn't completely end his career, but holy hell thats a long time.

I pretty much give up on UFC, to many changing cards, stripping of titles etc etc.

Also he supposedly tested positive for turinbol something east German athletes used in the 70s, no reputable lab even makes it now, atleast according to Dave Meltzer.

you gotta wait and see how this plays out. Alot of stuff is on the banned list. Like if you eat a banana it has some side additive that is banned by the commission. If would not surprise me though he was on steroids. when i was watching that fight I was like damn he looks super shredded compared to his past appearances. He probably did some type of cutting/endurance steroid. But then again you think he is stupid enough to do that? He really didnt think he could beat cormier without doing some type of steroid? idk

It's funny that they let these guys beat the living shit out of each other but they draw the line at steroids.

Also the more stringent testing is going to hurt the popularity if this keeps happening.
