****Official Thanksgiving NFL Games thread****

Three on the docket on this Thanksgiving day, 2024. In order of kick-off:

Bears +9.5 @ Lions (47.5)

Giants +3.5 @ Cowboys (37.5)

Dolphins +3.5 @ Packers (47.5)

Great day for a 3-team parlay. But which teams to pick? What's up with that Giants/Cowboy's total of 37.5 it has to go over that right? Intrigue abounds.

As for New York/Dallas, yuck. I'll black that one out myself.
I, too, know the ways of the self induced blackout.

Yeah, DET should blow them away. Though CHI has played better offense the last couple games. I expect this game to go over.

Considering how bad the NYG OL played last week, DAL should cover. Parsons should feast.

MIA has been.l so bad in cold weather and away I can’t believe they’ll cover/win.

It is insane the amount of time Goff has to throw. Mahomes would throw for 6000 yards and 60 TD with this line and weapons.

The only way to stop this Lions offense is with your Front 4 manhandling their O-Line. Just like the 2007 Giants or 2020 Buccaneers against the Patriots and Chiefs in those Super Bowls. They have too much talent to cover at the skill positions. Two good WRs, two good RBs, a good TE. No defense can match up with all those players. You need a heroic effort from the D-Line.

People will shit on Goff, but with great protection and weapons all around him, he can be mediocre and they'd still put up numbers.

Also they go for it on 4th down more than most teams. Stopping them three times won't often be enough.
