It's a coincidence that the woman said that two men brandished two guns and meanwhile Dumervil and co. have two guns in their cars?

I mean, what are the chances? This woman can tell the future!

Unless this woman can see through glove boxes, there was at least one gun brandished. Not saying it was by Dumervil, but you have to agree that there obviously was a gun shown to her. Otherwise there would literally be no reason for her to claim there was.

Florida's pretty tough on guns

He'll more than likely get "Improper display of a firearm" which is sill 30 days in the joint- he better get his lawyer on it quick and find someway around this because them judges don't play down here

He didn't have one though according to the Denver Post. There was only one gun and the owner was the owner of the car

Let me get this straight.

A girl throws a bottle at Elvis' car and shortly after calls the police because they flashed guns at her.

If they didn't threaten her with guns, why on earth would she be the one to call the cops?

She threw a bottle at their car...that's a crime last time I checked.

Something significant happened for her to call the police after committing a crime.

Yep, there was Aguste's gun, which it seems clear that Aguste did brandish, and then there's the gun that does not belong to Dumervil, was located in the glovebox of a car that does not belong to Dumervil, and that Dumervil denied knowledge of.

Is it possible that Dumervil brandished the gun then stashed it in the glove box? Absolutely.

Is it possible that Dumervil didn't brandish the gun, and didn't even know about the gun? Absolutely.

How can we tell which it is? Fingerprints.
