Realistically? Best WR, DT or OT available, so long as that player is as good as the best player available at another position (e.g. CB or MLB).

Doubt if we're going to pick an OT in the first round. (I still remember the Tait feud with Peterson.) I can see overpaying for speed at WR, though.
