I have no idea why people are getting upset. The Chiefs are one of the worst teams in the league and had a pretty "whatever" offseason. It has been obvious for ages that this season was going to be rough. Todd Haley has changed both the offensive and defensive schemes and imported a bunch of players. What else should he be doing? I mean, honestly, what do people expect Haley to do?

No link, but the story goes that Waters came in wanting a meeting with Pioli and Haley to discuss the direction of the team. Haley basically put him in his place, and when Waters told him that he was a captain and pro bowler, that's when he let loose with the 22 guys off the street blast, letting Waters know he didn't care what Waters had done in the past. And, that whole confrontaion went down right at the time they were working out the trade for Cassel and Vrabel.

Even today, after the way we have looked through three games, I still love that Haley said that.
