I drive a pristine vehicle but can't drive for uber/lyft.....it's a '92. Only 127k in miles.

I prefer doing food delivery. I started doing door dash a month ago. I love being able to turn down smaller orders or orders that are too far away. Also love being able to drop their food off and have little to no interaction with the customer.

I thought about doing this but I’m a people person, I love meeting new people and talking to them.

I couldn’t deal with the constant small talk. You do get to know some of the restaurant workers you deal with like some of the cute girls working as hostesses.

I drove for Uber before covid in Portland.
One of 5 cities that required the use of rigs no older than 5 years so I took out a loan for the rig and covid hit.
That financial hit was too much for our already weak marriage leading to the D.
