Yep, get one every year. Don't think I've ever had the full blown symptoms, so probably mostly an asymptomatic carrier like most people who say "they've never gotten it".

I’ve never taken one. Even though my father is a pharmacist, I’ve never taken prescription medication or any vaccines or shots since being old enough to make those decisions. I’ve been sick (flu) one time since August 2017 and it lasted for about a week and was no big deal. I’m the healthiest person I know, and I believe that’s highly influenced by my avoidance of big pharma’s “treatments”.

I’ve also never used hand sanitizer and only wash my hands when they’re actually dirty. Your immune system is like a muscle, the more it gets worked out, the stronger it gets.

That's where I'm at. I probably wouldn't go in specifically for it, but I generally go in for an annual checkup in the fall, and they usually suggest it while I'm there. Why not? It's free and costs me a sore arm for a day or two.

Shoulder/arm area where the vaccines were administered were sore Saturday-Monday but that's it. I took a nap Sunday afternoon.

I've had one negative experience with the flu shot before but otherwise have been fine.

The booster was Pfizer while my previous shots were Moderna for COVID. Only the second one I got in May 2021 made me feel like shit. This most recent booster didn't, nor the one I got in November 2021.

It's free and gives me no side effects so I'll keep getting it.
