And I share your side of the story, but at the flip side, even with the list you gave out for Cowher, he would still be considered an improvement over Herman ****ing Edwards, anyway you want to slice it.

I have a ton of respect for Jonathan Hayes. Met him in '97 during a football camp. I think he'd make a great coach, but who knows if he's in the cards or not.

Don't get him started on the "football is a contact sport....." comment. You're sure to get a rant......

Yes he is still with the Bengals. He was also a coach at OU under Stoops. He finished his playing in Pittsburgh while "The Chin" was Head Coach. If anything he has learned about hard work and good coaching, and how bad it can be to be a Bengal.
