In the Afterglow of Grudge ****ing the Faid...How are you feeling?

I'm feeling pretty good. Here's some thoughts I had.

We can say yeah but all day long, but the Faid were playing ball, and we put it on them.

Mahomes looked dialed in. Decisive, tight, precise. If that dude hits his stride down the stretch, buckle up bitches...

I thought Kelce looked fast. Not sure what the difference is between this week and the last few games, but he looked faster. Here's to hoping he stays healthy.

Skyy Moore actually did something. That big gainer was mostly him. Still a bust, just surprising to see.

I like watching Rashee Rice play football. End.

Sneed got wrecked early, but really locked it down. I wonder what changed?

I want to hear the sister****ers saying the Chiefs get all the calls. Holy balls. I didn't need to see the graphic with Taylor and Sneed's totals. ****.

Look at Andy Reid running power in short yardage. Maybe it's the Faid, maybe it's something reproducible, but I'll take the win.

I miss Jet. Goddamn he's savvy and we sure miss it when he's not available. Unfortunately, I think we're getting close to the end of the runway for Jet. Hopefully he's got one more postseason run in him.

It was reassuring to see scores late. I think It was just a flukey bad run, and hopefully we'll see reversion to the mean, but maybe it's just Faid.

I didn't watch too close, but Wanya Morris didn't get Mahomes killed. That's a pretty big positive. Hopefully Smith is OK, I didn't pay attention to see if he came back in. Smith takes some shit here, but he's been easy to root for IMO.

Hard telling what was just the faid and what was real, but lots of things to be encouraged about.

What did you guys see?

Wanna show a little love to Clyde too. He had a couple big plays and tough runs (one of which was negated by a hold). His times almost up here, but he was a nice change of pace back today.

Would have liked to see some Perine, but Cheat Code was killing them.

One thing I noticed, which jumped out to me. It was in the second half, Chiefs were facing 3rd down, Mahomes couldnt escape the pocket on a pass play. He probably didnt want to, but he just went down and took the sack. In the past, we've seen him try to get the ball off and force a throw downfield, with normally poor results. Maybe it was nothing, but I sure noticed it, and thought maybe he was protecting the ball better?

If that’s the play I remember I was really mad nobody was open. He sat back there for a month.

Pat rarely screws up the game centric decisions. IIRC we had a lead we were protecting and I think it was a conscious choice to eat that one.
