Chiefs re-sign Josh Mauga, cut P Will Monday

It appears that Colquitt will in fact be sticking around for another year, and Mauga comes back as some potential depth. They also signed Steven Terrell, former safety of the Seattle Seahawks.

More significantly, who made this move is a ? considering we don't have a true GM right now.

Reid was most definitely on board with his firing...this is Andy's team now.

Absolutely. Andy Reid was negotiating a contract with Hunt at the time. All Andy Reid had to do was tell Hunt that he wanted Dorsey to stay and it would have been done. No way Hunt loses both Reid and Dorsey.

We will never know, but I think that Andy Reid was ok with Dorsey being fired. Reid might have even voiced displeasure with the way Dorsey did his job which would have increased the chances of Hunt deciding to fire Dorsey. Maybe Reid was so pissed about Dorsey cutting Maclin that he told Hunt that he wouldn't agree to a new contract unless Dorsey was gone. That would certainly fit with why Reid signed on the same day as Dorsey was fired.

Reid had all the leverage and Dorsey is gone, end of story.

And some shit definitely went down...The wanting too much money..or the GB out clause doesn't fit the unprecedented timing of his firing nor letting his replacement walk in the process.

Why would any of them give a ****? They all have virtually no real responsibility, since the league is rigged.

Except for the fact that everyone from Mellinger to Paylor to Albert Breer and Jason La Canfora have stated that Andy Reid had absolutely nothing to do with Dorsey's dismissal.

Reportedly, Andy Reid hasn't been a part of the interview process, either. It's been Mark Donovan and Clark Hunt, only.

It's just another of his silly conspiracy theories.

This is contrary to every report published by national and local reporters.

Everything isn't a conspiracy.

Reid can coach. Reid can't GM. Declining years lurk.
