You know...you've said this several times; IN THE BOX SAFETY, as if it's some kind of slur; some kind of indication of a player lacking in skills.

You could not be more wrong. Tired of watching your defense get gashed by slot receivers and tight ends? That's your BOX SAFETY.

Tired of watching long runs off-tackle? That's your BOX SAFETY.

A FREE SAFETY is not necessarily more of an impact position than a STRONG SAFETY.

They are different, but neither is more important. When playing well, they are complimentary. We need both, so I think your take is bogus.

We don't need a box safety if Berry is still on the roster.

You really think the spirit is going to be willing?

I don't give a shit if he's on the roster, I think if you're actually planning on a full season from him you're a ****ing idiot.

A free safety that can take the ball away is more impactful than a box safety that is just good in coverage and makes plays vs the run

Get a linebacker for that

Have you actually watched football?

Did you actually watch the Chiefs defense this year?

Your post tells me you did not.

A SS has just as many opportunities to impact the game if not more so than a FS.

Intercepting the ball and giving it back to your offense is more impactful than tackling a running back for a 3 yard gain

This isn’t hard

If we had one of those last year we would have been in the SB.

Speaks would be a good defensive end. Tanoh sucks ass as he barely got on the field last year. I put my money on that Dieter has more of a impact than Tanoh next year. We do need another linebacker

When the chiefs make the in the box safety the highest paid safety in the nfl to play in the box, well, we’ll see how it works out

You think that Collins' contract is going to beat Earl Thomas? I highly ****ing doubt that.

Collins isn't coming off a broken leg and is younger. I wouldn't be surprised.
