gee NFL, it's not like you've been letting WR's an DB's put their hands on each other for the last 10 years then subjectively call PI.

Don't worry conspiracy nuts, the NFL is keeping control. The last 2 minutes it's up to the booth for replays so that they can carefully review each pass play to ensure the team needing to lose is caught on film committing interference.

This is silly, IMO.
The problem is that the rules are incomprehensible and arbitrarily enforced. Adding replay will just add further confusion. The solution is to simplify what is and isn't a catch, what is and isn't PI, etc. |

Can you Counter Flag?
I mean, say the players are hand-fighting down the field. If one guy throws a flag for DPI, can the other guy throw a flag for OPI? Or would the two cancel each other out into a no-call? FAX |

You are in the old school minority with your BS which way you land on a QB is wrong. Every player tries to land on a QB with their full body weight with the intention of hurting them and knocking them out of the game, legally. Now you dont have Elway or Manning back there you want to make it easier to hurt Mahomes. I see you pal.

Pass interference can be a 50+ yard penalty. Huge difference in a game. It makes sense that it be allowed to be challenged as part of the existing system.

Not really true. BB doesn't much care about sacks as a stat, so he will often sacrifice it. Pats had 30 sakcs, which was tied for 31st, which is why many say it was terrible. But in QB PRESSURES, they were 6th, at 33%. So was it great? No. Some of those pressures were also the result of the QB holding the ball longer, due to NE's excellent secondary. But the QBs did feel some heat. As Mahomes saw during portions of both games. https://www.footballoutsiders.com/20...e-rate-defense
