Can't ask for a much better measuring stick game after the bye.

Dak threw for almost 400 yards and 3 TDs last night. They got absolutely torched through the air. The Cowboys should've scored 30.

Chiefs O is going to be different after the bye. The only thing that makes sense with the O so far is that Andy was doing enough to win but also a bunch of 'experimenting' to see what's going to work well with these players.

Eagles will also be coming off a bye, that seems odd and somewhat rare. Both teams will have two full weeks to prep and heal for this game.

I think we could be looking at a game of the year candidate.

I think these things and then the NFL kindly slaps me in the back of the head for believing we can have nice things, then throws a flag for my head being in the way.

Winnable game for the Chiefs...As far as the offense this is the do or die game for Moore. He couldn't catch a pass last week without tripping over himself and he ran the wrong route at least once. If he's as hopeless as he was this past week than I see no point in the Chiefs wasting a roster spot...Toney flashed on that slant play. They need to quite this bullshit and get him the ball in open space. And there will be a plethora of wide open gaps in that mediocre eagles secondary. Gray needs to be put to work too.

And I expect the Chiefs defense to be thoroughly tested by the Eagles. AJ Brown is one of the most physical receivers in the league so Mcduffie is going to have to be ready for war. Chief's can't let Hurts escape the pocket. Force him to make checkdown throws because on average he's not an accurate QB.

If Mahomes and Co come out ready to play they could win by two scores. Eagles have severe problems with their defense and their offense can be countered.

The offseason additions on defense are going to be the deciding factor here.

Omenihu and Tranquill will be problems for Philly.

Tranquill is the perfect Hurts killer.

I haven't watched much Eagles this year, but I saw a ton of the Eagles last year.

And, man. No team in the NFL played that Hurts play-action better than KC. Bolton had it read correctly 100% of the time in the Super Bowl.

What's been super shocking to me is that Tranquill, these past two games, is doing everything Bolton does. He doesn't go downhill as decisively, but he does play with better depth.

Just an absolutely absurd free agency addition by Veach. Tranquill has allowed the defense to do everything it was doing under Bolton without skipping a beat.

I have been saying since early in the season that I think that Tranquill signing will prove to be the best one for the Chiefs. I was hoping he would be playing and complementing Bolton, not playing in place of him. Bolton is awesome and I'll be glad when he is able to come back healthy but, Tranquill has filled in nicely.

Only thing that concerns me about this game is Philly's front and how long Mahomes has been holding the ball.

If 15 gets the ball out quick and/or the OL holds up, we're good.
