Post Superbowl Mock

This is my first attempt at a mock this year.

Chiefs Picks

1. Eric Berry, Safety, Tennessee - Best player in the draft falls to us at 5.

2a. Terrance "Mount" Cody, NT, Alabama - 370 lbs will be in 350 range at combine. Slides to 2nd round. Just what the Chiefs need is a NT that eats blockers.

2b. Daryl Washington, ILB, TCU - Chiefs upgrade the speed at linebacker.

3. Lagarrette Blount, RB, Oregon - Teams with Charles for a good 1 2 punch.

4. Dan LeFevour, QB, Central Michigan, A big, strong QB with a good, not great arm and more touch than Cassel will carry clipboard for a year then challenge for starter.

5a. Eric Olson, Center, ND, should start season at center

5b. Denario Alexander, WR, MU. Many have Barnes out of Bowling Green here lately, but I saw a lot more of Alexander play a lot more. He needs to work on routes, but he's reliable and is a big target.

5c. O'Brian Schofield, OLB Wisconsin - Schofield probably would've gone higher had he not been injured Senior bowl week. Schofield when healthy takes Vrabel's spot.

FAIL

I already told you on draft countdown Gerhart isn't on the top 28 RB's(and yes Blount is). Gerhart was listed under the FB's.

Yeah, even though we are the ones wanting guys who translate as NFL players and don't want shitty guys who put up nice stats against poor competition.

Like I said before, decide between NCAA or NFL, because you are way to stupid to handle both.

This is obviously your first offseason, and if you don't learn what an NFL prospect is like fast hopefully its your last.

I also like how you completely avoided the fact that we already have a similar type FB and we need to find another RB. I also like how you don't give a shit about talent and how a player translates to the NFL all your dumbass cares about is stats.

OH yah my 1st offseason.. Ive been watching the chiefs since steve bono was our QB.. I saw Tony G get drafted.. Ive seen us go 13-3 in the regular season only to get our asses kicked in the 1st round of the playoffs.. Ive been around long enough to know Carl Peterson would draft Blount but not our new GM.. Pioli drafts for value.. Value translates into production\intangibles\character\skills.. In that order..
