What I think is really messed up about all of this is. With what the fanbase of this team has been for the last 15 years. They'd be more willing to do a complete overhaul and have a 3-13 year looking to the future. The fans have stayed despite no playoff wins since 93. You'd think that kind of support would lead them to think they could take the risk to do a full on rebuild. Guess they don't view it that way.

The problem is, I don't believe it.
Carl has always persued players that the coaches have lobbied for, whether via draft or FA, and Lamar Hunt has given him money to spend on those FAs. Carl's problem is the men he has put in charge on the field, and the scouting department. Carl needs to go. He is ultimately responsible for this team's playoff failures. But he hasn't failed for lack of effort.
