The great Marcellus-GoChiefs bet

It's coming down to the wire, folks.

The 49ers are 8-4 and face the Seahawks, @Bucs, Falcons and @Cardinals.

The Chiefs are 9-3 and face the @Redskins, @Raiders, Colts and @Chargers.

The bet:

Down the stretch we come.

May the best shitty QB'd team win.

Note: bet is only for $250. Discussed via PM.

I also have a bet with RunKC that Alex won't throw 25 TDs.

That is for sig/av rights, though.

I think in the worst case, the Chiefs will go 2-2 in the remaining games. They may well do 3-1 or 4-0.

If you win you better not make him pay since you've welched on every bet you've ever made.

I think a tie looks pretty likely.

49ers have:

Seahawks
@Bucs
Falcons
@Cardinals

Chiefs have:
@Washington
@Raiders
Colts
@Chargers

Think KC goes 2-2, San Fran goes 3-1. Both end at 11-5.

Wouldn't be shocked if KC finishes 1-3, though.

I'm guessing a tie at this point. I still like my odds though.

People on CP will be calling Wendler a welcher for years to come but its not wholly justified. I cannot think of a bet he has made, in recent memory, that he has welched on. When I first came around in 06... yeah, I can think of 2 bets he welched on and I'm sure that there were others before that.

That said... that Zerba did indeed change its stripes. He has given up his sig and AV, for a bet, on several occasions that I can recall. Callin him a welcher now is like calling me a Jehovah's Witness now because I used to be one years and years ago.

This bet was made during preseason. Pretty funny it's come to this though. Clay just knew he was stealing $$.

Looks like I am closer to being right on how this season is going to play out.
