I guess I've never understood why people get so shitfaced at sporting events. Not only are you not able to enjoy the game you've invested so much money and time into, but you've opened yourself up to being gang raped by the likes of Raiders fans, a giant donkey, or ALL CAPS DEB.

OTWP, and I both decided to have zero to drink just for this reason. HUGE game, we wanted to be lucid and remember what we watched. Wasn't a tough decision at all.

It's just part of drinking and partying. People are excited to get the party started, and once they start they are rarely interested in pacing themselves. There is a huge portion of Chiefs gameday crowd that are more about the party than the game.

Opening the gates at arrowhead two hours early is the equivalent of choosing to keep the bars open two hours later. Bad decisions will be made.
