But I'm basically against domes. Dome teams are fair-weather teams; they can't win consistently outdoors. Check the Vikings who are significantly worse outside, Saints ditto, Falcons, and so on. I don't want our team to become a bunch of quitters just because it gets cold out. Screw that.

I want my team so hardened by the elements that they'd be willing to fight it out in Antarctica in winter during a blizzard.

It doesn't need to be made out of concrete though.

Make it look super cool and use lighter, stronger materials.

Why on earth would it have to be tornado proof? Yes it's the midwest but the odds of any building getting hit by one is still extremely slim.

I am still trying to figure out where he got the idea the plans for the original rolling roof was gonna be made out of concrete. Also Kimo apparently doesn't realise one of the words most dangerous fault line cuts through the boothill of Missouri New Madrid fault line look it up.

Oh yeah I still hate the idea of a dome and downtown location.

Historically, snow favors the passing offense, not the defense. So long as we have a potent passing offense, we'd rather play in the snow.
