Better coaching,better situation leads to QB's that know what they are supposed to do and when they are supposed to do it.

Teams take after their coaches.

Which means the Chiefs are soft,undisciplined and lack aggressive desire ... just like their fat,old,soft and complacent Head Coach.

Alex Smith isn't a great QB maybe not even a very good one but he is a competent one. He's not playing anywhere near his ability, neither is the rest of the team.
Yeah, you can keep blowing about the head coach or whatever.

There's a thread here with play after play showing guys getting open, while the qb has left a clean pocket or watched the pass rush and fell down.

They run these screens because our qb can't do much else right now. Everything that is killing the offense right now, is a result of who's playing qb, directly or indirectly.
