As a bit of trivia, my father in law passed away from Alzheimer's earlier this year, and he lived in the same room that Bowlen was in at the care facility. (Bowlen had been moved out by that point, but they still referred to it as the Bowlen room. Not sure where Bowlen went after that since this was pretty much a final-care type of facility.)
