There’s a reason Kim Jong Un is such a big NBA fan, he abuses his political prisoners with regular season broadcasts.

I lived in Sacramento for a few years when I was a kid, and got attached to Kings. That was unfortunate for me, because I moved to Chicago right after that, and lived in Chicago through the Jordan years and all the titles as a non-Bulls fan. I got really into the Kings in the Webber/Stojakovic/Bibby years (early 2000s). They were always competitive, but could never win it all. I honestly got so frustrated by the lack of consistency in calling fouls that I stopped watching for the last 15 years. However, I have watched the Finals the last couple of years. Really enjoyed them this year, and it made me want to get into basketball again. I think if KC had a team, I'd be a pretty big fan. But it's hard to get really into it if you don't have a team.

I've been a Washington Generals fan for a long time. They don't win much, but when they beat the Globetrotters in 1971 to end the 2,495 game losing streak I was elated.

I was in the same boat as you OP and I just randomly picked the Utah Jazz because I liked how their name sounds. That's actually how I became a Chiefs fan as well lmao.

Pacers.
Oladipo and Turner are two really good players and even better dudes. Thad Young is also one of the nicer guys around. They’ve got Jrue’s little bro, who’s gonna be a decent player. One of the most passionate, if smaller, fan bases around. Top 5 colors. Play in one of the nicest arenas in the league.

Even though the Bucks are the best team in the list, i think I'm going to eliminate then due to the distance. The other three are easily drivable.

If you chose the Bulls, go to a game early in the season, before they go into obvious tank mode.

That's because they got completely jobbed in the eastern finals against the Lakers.

How about thinking "outside the box"?
