Contact the KC BBQ Society about the BBQ fundraiser. See if they can get the same team that does the Arrowhead South events.
They are professional pittmasters and use to feeding Chief fans in a short time period, like a tailgate. The KC BBQ society and that team just did our successful SB events. We have done 4 events in 4 different cities with them. All successful. Need some help, PM me.
