Oh man, I feel for you. I had some 6 years ago and had to hit the ER to have them removed. They were not going to pass on their own. I was on a business trip in Baltimore and ended up in some 3rd world country shit hole hospital. I woke up and had blood rolling out my Johnson. The hack doctor had botched the operation.

I flew home and had to go to the local hospital and have them go in for round two. This doc got them, but I woke up and had about two inches of plastic tubing hanging out of my Johnson.

Turns out it had to be there to help the flow or something, until things healed, can't remember exactly. I went in about a week later for a follow up and was informed I had to pull it out myself at home. I asked the doc if I should pull it out slowly, or give it a crank, like I'm starting a lawn mower. He said do it slow.

I got home, took some Advil, waited an hour and went to work on it. 24 inches later, it was out. Not a great experience to say the least.

Nut isn’t a woman, so bawan’s tale is probably closest to what the poor bastard is experiencing. The object of the game, is to get the stone out of the channel of our our friends cock. However, sometimes said stones are covered with barbs, that don’t exactly pass out as smoothly as one would wish. Here is where the pain becomes excruciatingly worse.

If you’re a candidate, use lithotripsy. You get sedation, 4000 shocks and (most importantly) no stent.

Efficacy is about 85%. Unless your stone burden is high you need percutaneous neph procedure. But unless you need that and your not in danger of going septic, it’s lithotripsy all the way.

So, why do people get kidney stones? I've never had one myself. Is it drinking too much pop or energy drinks or something like that?

Medications can cause it as well. My wife's blood pressure medicine was causing her kidneys to dump too much calcium which caused her stones.

I have ask pretty much all of my chronic kidney stone patients what specialist have recommended to avoid them and for some it just doesn’t matter and it gets to a point they don’t even feel them , I see one girl mid 30s every few months the most I have counted in 1 visit was 7 stones all stacked up in the ureter up to 1.5 cm and she felt no pain.

I felt like a pussy passing my 2mm stone lol .

Drinking water was the one thing I heard the most , also heard drinking more beer but not sure how official that recommendation is.
